PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
Within the Material & Services branch in Singapore, the Receiving Inspector shall be:
· responsible for receiving management of aeronautical component in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
· accountable in respect of AD/SB/SIL applied on component repaired within global repair network
· responsible for ensuring that activities adhere to airworthiness requirements
· involved in different aspects of logistics and inspection operation in the Logistics Center from material reception, material inspection to system update and in communication with different departments in France and logistics provider in Singapore
OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
Receiving Inspector is a major contributor to logistics center operations achievement. He/She contributes to achieving customer satisfaction, safety and airworthiness requirements fulfilment.

CDG, SIN and regional logistic centers staff
Outsourced repair departments in France

Aerospace repair vendors
Logistics service providers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receiving Inspector is responsible to:
- Perform visual and physical quality inspection of components back from repair vendors or customers
- Unpack and check the delivered items are correct with respect to part numbers, description, specification and order reference as stated on the Delivery Order/Note or Packing List
- Check the appropriate Authorised Release Certificate/Certificate of Conformance/Workshop report are provided for items. Contact the respective Repair Department in case of discrepancy.
- Report any Suspected Unapproved Parts to Quality Executive and Manager
- Perform system administrative reception of components, recording, archiving of paperwork, discrepancy management, follow-up of technical control with Quality Executive and provide despatch instruction
- Ensure that all activities adhere to airworthiness requirements
- Maintain tidy conditions in own working area and any other areas for which the individual is responsible
- Prepare for internal QEHS Audits when necessary
- Participate in any job rotation scheme (as necessary)
The responsibilities and tasks of the position are not limited to the above mentioned and change might occur in
concert with direct Manager.

Tools: Microsoft Office, SAP
Normal Shift - 9.00am to 6.00pm on 5 -Day Week
Knowledge and experience:
· Minimum Nitec in Aerospace Technology/Avionics
· Candidates with no prior relevant experience are welcomed to apply. Those with working experience in Aviation industry will have an added advantage.
· Basic understanding of EASA/FAA/CAAS regulation
· Good written and communications skills in english
