We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and handling IT applications with a focus on healthcare or property industry experience. The candidate will work closely with the IT group to develop and implement solutions for subsidiary, ensuring alignment with business needs and leveraging technology solutions from China.

- Handle vendor sourcing, preparation of tender (RFQ/RFP/RFI), evaluation, and vendor selection. Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Oversee the implementation, integration, and management of IT applications crucial to business operations. Provide level 1 application support and collaborate with clients to troubleshoot and escalate issues using the IT support ticketing system.
- Act as the key liaison across functional areas, including Business Units in Singapore and SEA. Coordinate with China IT to facilitate global rollout and adoption of solutions.
- Work closely with Business Units to understand their processes, strategies, and resource needs. Use your technical background and broad knowledge of technology solutions to integrate and coordinate resources and technology platforms effectively.
- While the primary focus is on IT applications, a minimum understanding of IT infrastructure is required to collaborate with Group IT in building and planning infrastructure and security-related activities.
- Manage the development, integration, and implementation of key solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Proactively monitor IT applications and infrastructure status, providing insightful reporting to the management team with the support of Group IT.
- Assist in the procurement process for service or technology solutions, ensuring thorough evaluation and selection of vendors.
skills and experience required
Experienced IT professional with 5-8 years in either the healthcare or property industry.
Possess a good technical background with broad knowledge of IT applications and a minimum understanding of IT infrastructure.
Experienced in integrated project management, particularly in managing the development and implementation of IT solutions.
Proven experience in handling vendor relationships and managing the procurement process for IT services and solutions.
