Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of technician in daily operations. Supporting them and leading the team to perform daily task efficiently.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate daily job requests.
- Follow up with the client after a service request has been done, including sending quotations and coordination to end of job task.
- Resolve outstanding collections and work closely with customers to rectify and resolve client and resident complaints/feedback.
- Manage suppliers for parts enquiries and order processing
- Supervise project tasks and oversee workers, sub-contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate the project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities Management/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering/ Marine Engineering.
- Class 3 Driving licence is an advantage.
- PC literate.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated & able to multi-task
- Candidates without working experience may also be considered./ Training provided.
