Our Client is a leader in the Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Automation Specialist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibility
- Carry out regular and corrective upkeep on control systems, automation systems, and related machinery. Such as DCS, SCADA, PLCs, robotic palletizers.
- Perform daily system checks and address issues with electrical, mechanical, and software components.
- Collaborate with technical specialists and engineers to identify and solve complex system problems.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement maintenance procedures as per established guidelines.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all upkeep activities, repairs, and replacements.
- Assist the Automation Engineer with tasks involving various control systems, including daily checks, backups, and basic upkeep tasks.
- Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures while working within the plant environment
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Electrical or Automation
- Min 1 year of experience in automation environment
- Experience in ABB robots, and inline label will be added bonus
