Contract: 12 months
Location: Caldecott
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for users of the IT system, clarify and direct queries that require in-depth technical support to subject matter experts, track and close queries.
- Provide assistance for User Account Management – guide users how to create / modify / delete user access.
- Provide assistance for User Account Review (UAR) – ensuring they conduct UAR on a timely manner.
- Provide basic on-boarding of new division representatives for ComLink systems.
- Support in other administrative duties which can include maintaining and updating of data.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or relevant
- Good IT literacy
- Good Excel skills
- Able to process and structure large amounts of information.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
