As a capture technician, you will play a crucial role in Real360, a product offered by REA that delivers 360-degree visual representation of properties and a comprehensive marketing solution for the agents.
Job Description
- Conduct 360 virtual tour scanning services at clients’ properties using specialized 360 cameras.
- Perform photography and videography shoots by using gimbals and mobile devices.
- Handle post-production tasks for 360 virtual tour models, raw photos, and videos as per company requirements.
- Maintain communication and coordinate with clients throughout the process.
- Undertake any additional administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimal qualification of Higher Nitec or higher
- Proficient in photography and videography
- Knowledge in operating a 360 camera and gimbal
- Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for photo editing
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
- Familiarity with or owning a DSLR and/or Mirrorless camera is a plus
- Willingness to travel around Singapore
- Able to work independently
- Possess a friendly disposition and strong communication skills
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing during working hours
- No or minimal working experience is acceptable as training will be provided
