- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate Manage legal aspects of wills, trust setup, estate and trust administration, perform comprehensive reviews of financial statements for trust structures, review documents pertaining to the establishment and continuation of private and complex trusts and ensure compliance with all relevant law and governance regulators.
- Collaborate with trust team, panel lawyer, tax agent, accountant, financial planner and company secretary to provide a full range of estate planning and private trust services including will writing, private trust setup, estate & trust administration
- Liaise with the beneficiary’s family members and related parties during the course of estate administration, address their concern, manage their expectation and act in compliance with the relevant laws and standard operating procedures of the company.
- Manage portfolios of cases to advise, structure, draft and administer clients’ wills and trusts
- Deal with all administrative aspects of clients’ portfolio, dealing with clients and their advisors and family where relevant
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Preferred Competencies:
- Conversant in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to maintain tact, composure, and professionalism when situations become stressful
- Meticulous and shows pride in the accuracy of work
- Prior background in client facing work preferred
