Description of Duties:
- Staff record management: update and maintain updated current staff list and update in different HR system.
- Implement best HR practices to ensure compliance with local regulation.
- Conduct manpower planning to analysis workforce cost.
- In charge of employee relations, off-boarding and performance management, by streamlining operations across the SEA region and China.
- Weekly manpower report.
- In charge of SG in house payroll in payroll system - Whyze, Submit CPF monthly.
- For other countries - MY, PH, VN, TH: liaise with Payroll vendors for monthly payroll, submit EOA for approval, also in charge of staff invoice payment,
- Tax submission - SG: IR21; IR8A; Malaysia, PH and VN.
- In charge of internal and external auditor.
- Redesign of compensation and benefits package structure as well as health plan welfare- like medical checkup and insurance renew.
- Conduct budgeting projects yearly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Management and relevant fields
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Excel skills and other software.
- Business English fluency required.
