Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform reminder calls
- Answer phone calls, answer enquiries from different stakeholder
- Arrange meetings and prepare for appointments
Critical Skills/Knowledge:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and related software

- A Level or Equivalent
