Manager (3 months, Facilities & Project Management) | SPMG

• 3-month contract, subject to renewal
• Up to $4,500 per month

• Mon - Fri, office hours *Might have meetings outside of office hours, compensated in OIL

Responsibilities:

1. Manage, plan and implement the new and upgrading of community centres/clubs development.
2. Project planning from initiation to completion, including defects liability periods.
3. Handing over of required documents to EMD, DPIPs and finalization of project accounts.
4. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Singaporeans only.
2. Possesses minimum a Diploma in Architectural, Building, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or other building related disciplines.
3. Minimum three years of relevant experience in managing building projects.
