Brief Description of Duties:
- Build out the strategy and marketing programs to drive thought leadership, demand and generate leads for the ASEAN & UAE business.
- Develop a thorough understanding of OneConnect solutions, customers and value proposition, and can communicate them clearly and effectively through customer engagement activities.
- Work collaboratively with regional Sales Leaders to develop and implement marketing plans that support sales pipeline goals.
- Align closely with Sales team to deliver tailored pipeline generation programs and see through execution and conversion.
- Execute brand-enhancing, marketing programs that generate awareness, interest, and action to support regional pipeline and revenue targets.
- Execute integrated programs, both online and offline including custom events, sponsorships, webinars, and lead generation activities.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and onsite staff.
- Develop and distribute press releases to announce company updates, product launches, partnerships, and other significant milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and company messaging
- Create and localise quality marketing assets (including presentations, brochures, flyers, videos and electronic direct mailers, infographics) across offline and digital channels. Craft story angles and produce content in innovative formats to appeal to our target audiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales team to curate effective and powerful localized content including case studies and others.
- Develop and manage social media marketing calendar, develop social content and conduct detailed analysis of social engagement performance and make actionable recommendations for both short-term and long-term perspectives.
- Communicate regularly with global branding counterpart to ensure consistency of messaging and the company brand.
- Oversee photo and video shoot to develop creative assets to be implemented on digital and social channels.
- Manage the creation and implementation of engaging content on OneConnect’s website, internal channels, social media channels, and digital advertising
- Build and secure relationships with key partners for leads generation activities.
- Lead, plan and optimize the local budget for the region to ensure marketing activities executed are consistently ROI-optimized
- Manage, update, enhance and analyse the corporate website.
- Manage vendors, track budget, and align sponsorship agreements with delivery outcome.
- Oversee and ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly Marketing administrative tasks are delivered in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business or related field
- Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating cross-departmental resources to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong team leadership and communication skills with ability to work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, (written and spoken)
- Detail oriented, analytical with strong planning skills
- Experience in using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop and video editing software
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.
