HR & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

We are an established Engineering & Building Construction company, we are seeking an dedicated HR & Admin Officer for our company. The Job Description as follows:


  • Responsible for the whole recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, interview arrangement, employment contracts etc in compliance with local regulations and Company policies and procedures)
  • Arrange staff onboarding, orientation for new staff and handle staff exit clearance etc
  • Update and maintain employee records
  • Manage the work pass applications (WP/SPass) including monitoring the expiry dates
  • Responsible for the whole Compensation & Benefit processes, including payroll processing, timely CPF submission, Employee’s Income Tax submission, staff insurance, staff performance appraisal, etc
  • Attend to all training matters including maintenance of training records
  • Maintain all employees’ leave records
  • Attend to insurance related matters for employees and projects
  • Attend to all administrative functions
  • Assist project and operations team on manpower planning and distribution
  • Maintain and update Approve Supplier / Subcontractor List & Evaluation Report
  • Maintain Equipment List
  • Monitor and apply government grants available
  • Ensure the company website is up-to-date
  • Understanding of Singapore labour and employment laws
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ISO, QMS, OHSAS, EMS, Bizsafe and company standards and policies
  • Contribute in polling formulation & implementation
  • Build and improve customer relations both internally & externally.
  • Perform other assigned duties on ad-hoc basis

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Diploma in Human Resource / Business Studies / Management or equivalent
  • 2 – 3 years working experience in a similar capacity
  • Must have experience in Infotech payroll system
  • Possess good communication and multi-tasking skills;
  • Meticulous on details and vigilant on spotting errors
  • Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese (will be an added advantage)
  • Singaporean or PR preferred.
