Responsibilities:
- Understand the marketplace thoroughly, including competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, refine product positioning, and craft impactful messaging.
- Execute advertising and promotion activities, such as product launches and training programs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to highlight product features, benefits, and commercials.
- Manage marketing, sales, and product P&L to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Interact with business partners to align efforts and achieve sales objectives.
- Perform sales and inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and purchase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Marketing/Business.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within consumer products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Business Accounting P&L is advantageous.
- Team player with strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to conceptualize marketing directions.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work overtime when required.
- Occasional travel may be necessary.
