Role Overview: Responsible for the sales and market expansion of metrology products, managing sales activities both directly to customers and through distributors.
Our client is a market leader in precision measuring instruments. They offer a comprehensive range of equipment and services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
· Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
· Build cooperative relationships with distributors and support the achievement of sales targets.
· Provide product demonstrations and technical support.
· Propose and execute plans to achieve sales goals.
· Conduct debt collection and manage customer payment statuses.
· Participate in marketing activities, analyze market trends, and support promotional activities.
· Enter necessary information into internal systems such as daily reports and sales order systems and provide timely reporting.
Skills and Competencies:
· Preferably NITEC/Diploma in related field of study.
· Preferably with 1-2 years’ relevant experience (Specialized knowledge and experience in the semiconductor industry).
· Understanding of mechanical and metrology engineering or related technical fields.
· Ability to negotiate and resolve customer issues.
· Experience in sales or planning and executing sales strategies.
· Must be able to travel for work related purposes.
· A good team player with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
