Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily AR & AP operation activities, timely processing of invoices and payments
- Liaise with AP related issues with relevant department
- Preparation of monthly supplier reconciliation statement from the vendor’s statement of account against internal AP aging list
- Process Payments to vendors according to the company payment policy & follow up on any payment queries from the vendor
- Generate AP journal & monthly closing exercise
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience
