Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and client mapping on different markets
- Develop proposals and business models for new growth opportunities, products, and markets
- Organize and coordinate key projects and meetings across internal and external stakeholder groups
- Support the development of product marketing and go-to-market plans
- Assist seniors and sales to educate buy/sell side sales/ trading desks on ETF trading and provide insight on market color
- Calculate and track company and department KPIs
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance or equivalent discipline and a good academic result with a GPA of 3.2/4 or above or equivalent
- At least one year’s experience, work or internship experience in financial industry (especially Asset Management) is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills, creative, fast learning and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
