- Report to Manager
- Adhere to all company guidelines
- Manage Town Council / PUB project
- Work with Client, project team and office department etc to deliver work
- Meet regularly to with relevant parties to discuss the status of the current project
- Ensure that project is always following all safety guidelines and codes
- Ensure works are carried out as per schedule with good workmanship
- Attend all meetings and resolve site problems
- Manage projects to achieve smooth project implementation and ensure successful delivery of the assigned project on time
- Poccess the knowledge to anticipate work procedures and unforeseen conditions
- Maintain a good relationship with clients and coworkers
- Meet Management’s targets on profitability and cost control of projects
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in local construction industry
- Good working attitude, self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently
- Overall project coordination and monitoring of site progress
- With ownership attitude
