Office Hours
Responsibilities:
· Assist customers with their enquiries on schemes and services of the company
· NO SALES INVOLVED
· Training will be provided
Requirements:
· GCE ”O” Level and above
· Preferably with Customer Service experience in the service industry
· Proficient in English and a second language so as to converse effectively with different groups of customers
· Excellent team player who is task-orientated
· Possess Good Customer Service Skills
