What your day would be like
- Responsible for support of the Regional Banking Manager in execution of the Banking Management process according to the global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Update Banking Management Database in terms of (IATA bank accounts details, bank contact details, signatories and documentation/ agreements);
- Responsible for collecting and preparing of supporting documents for all banking processes in the region and liaison with IATA HQ on documents tracking (new bank accounts, signatories update etc.);
- Provide banking management support to other departments (Quality, Settlement Operations, Corporate Finance, Agency Participation, Settlement Risk Management, Customer Service and etc.) as well as Local Country Office in Asia Pacific;
- Support Banking Manager in solving of operational issues related to banking management;
- Support Banking Manager in the follow up of banking reviews and bank information updates;
- Support Banking Manager to engage with major multi-national banks and fintech providers to troubleshoot operational issues and deliver project outcomes.
We would love to hear from you if
- You have a University graduate in any field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any related field (the degree should have been achieved within the last 12 months);
- Attention to details with strong reporting and documentation skills;
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills;
- Be an effective team player in a multicultural working environment;
- Experience in Banking Environment would be an asset;
- Excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point Outlook) and SharePoint;
- Experience in ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP) would be beneficial;
- Proficient in English;
