- Accountable for hitting / exceeding annual financial goal for the responsible sales territory
- Implement regional commercial and business growth strategy by identifying and building up robust sales pipeline to drive the sales growth and increase market share
- Manage Account Receivables, past due and forecast accuracy
- Key account management for Global Key Accounts across ASEAN. Work out and execute key account plans with the alignments and support of key stakeholders within the organization
- Implement strategic account management process by working with global account managers and related business team
- Develop new business with innovative product offering in close collaboration with marketing team
