Job Description
· Preparation of Tender document, contracts, Bill of Quantities including taking off, Cost comparison, compiled documents for Tenders
· Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts.
· Attending of tender briefing
· Sourcing and procurement, cost analysis and cost control
· Monthly billing and reporting submission
· Any other admin duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
· Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering
· Preferably with minimum 2 years of working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities
· Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
· Meticulous and good interpersonal skill;
· Able to work independently under minimum supervision
