Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the operation team in food preparation and ready meal production
- Develop processes to produce required quality products
- Plan production to ensure customer demands are met
- Translate new customer requirement to product designs and specifications
- Innovate processes to improve productivity and outputsSupport other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job requirement
- Possess minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing industries or industrial central kitchen
- Possess some understanding of food technologies and large scale processing equipment
- Willing to work shift hours at flexible times
Working time: 12 hours/day, 4 days off /month
