JOB DESCRIPTION
a. OVERALL JOB SCOPE
· To service existing clients to ensure clients’ requirements are satisfactorily met.
· To work closely with clinic managers, doctors & staff and encourage them to send more specimens.
· To be responsible for promoting our service to new and existing clinics to increase business volume.
· To be responsible in debts collection from clinics with outstanding invoices.
b. SALES ADMINISTRATION
· To aggressively promote laboratory services to clients to increase samples volume.
· To provide and coordinate sales administration, samples collection and reports generation.
· To enhance knowledge on new tests so as to promote to clinics & clients.
· To work closely with the Regional Operations & Development Manager/Marketing Manager.
· Any other duties to be assigned from time to time by the management.
c. PERIODIC REPORTS
· To submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Regional Operations & Development Manager/Group President & CEO and directors on the status of marketing activities carried out by you.
Requirement:
· Willing to work in clinic environment and outdoor clinic’s visiting
· Enjoy interacting with clinic’s staff and doctors
· Preferably with 3 years experience in medical/clinical related industries.
