Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operations between department and external parties in the running of specific projects or services
- Work closely with various job groups to ensure smooth operation and department readiness
- Provide or arrange for training for staff whenever applicable
- Review or create SOP/process guide for ground workflows
- Able to do resource/manpower planning, strategic planning, procurement and paper writing
- Perform any other duties assigned by RO.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Past experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
