We are looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Manager with a flair for creating brand content to join our team of Hustlers. You will be working with some of the movers and shakers of the industry to curate some of the most memorable experiences, and you can be the one to tell that story!
The Role:
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong work ethics and great communication skills - one who is able to work well and hustle alongside the team in a dynamic environment. This position calls for someone who is observant, resourceful and exercises independent discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications
- Orchestrate content strategies across all digital platforms (website, social media, email)
- Develop and monitor digital campaign budgets with ROI value
- Manage campaign communications calendar to ensure timely execution
- Plan and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with necessary project campaigns
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Develop creative content, campaigns concept and copywriting for email newsletters and social media
- Drive CRM initiatives and oversee execution of campaigns
- Develop and drive creation of playbooks, guides and content development on platforms for internal and external stakeholders
- Research and identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry
- Oversee and manage relevant contests, giveaways and promotional activities
- Participate in event activations as required

- Experience in working with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in Marketing
