Manage the day to day operations of multiple buildings and liaising with service providers to resolve issues. Carry out routine inspections to ensure that there are no issues, to have quick resolutions and follow up on problems. Respond to phone calls, texts and emails. Able to run and attend night meetings. To have basic accounting knowledge and oragnisational skills, able to multitask when needed.
