Looking for Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
1) Come up with the sales plan & identify opportunities to drive sales performance.
2) Identify & utilise commercial opportunities in order to maximize sales return.
3) Minimize losses and maximize the profitability of sales.
4) Drives productivity and ensures efficient ways of working in the team.
5) Good supervisory and management skills in managing the team and driving staff performance.
6) Determine annual sales and marketing plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the company; projecting expected sales volume and meeting the sales goals.
7) Analyzing trends and results; monitoring competition, supply, and demands.
8) Responsible for core marketing functions such as marketing communications, product marketing, brand awareness, creatives, digital & social media marketing, events.
Skills:
1) Individual has to be dedicated to meet customer acquisition and growth of the company and keep company competitive.
2) Develop and design marketing tools and channels to increase company profit and exposure.
3) Identify suitable channels and platforms to market company's products.
4) Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
5) Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
6) Work closely with business partners and clients to widen company's profile and market base.
