MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Asia Pacific sales team in requirement gathering, planning and execution of marketing activities
- Steer at least one long term project
- Develop suitable marketing content for Asia Pacific based on local requirements and within the company brand guidelines
- Assist in planning of strategic marketing projects for the Asia Pacific region
- Implement cross region programmes such as new product introduction activity, sales enablement, sales tech adoption, employee advocacy etc
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, google search etc.), exhibitions and promotional events across the region
- Facilitate information sharing between regional sales teams including competitive intelligence, new business ideas, customer success stories etc
- Coordinate the Public Relations and communications efforts as required for the Asia Pacific region
- Monitor, analyse and propose ways to optimise marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports of marketing KPIs and ensure these are tracked on a monthly basis to provide management with meaningful data
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or arts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Min 6 - 8 years related experience
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Japanese language ability will be advantageous to communicate with HQ marketing team in Japan
