Job Responsibilities
- Manage HR functions to enhance organization performance and employee engagement. The functions include talent recruitment, administrative management, performance management.
- Responsible for employment related issues such as maintenance of employees record, and applications such as renewal, cancellation and tax clearance for foreign employees.
- Responsible for company employee engagement activities.
- Work closely with the management, employees to implement HR policies effectively.
- Learn and adopt new digital HR technologies to enhance work effectiveness.
Relevant Experience
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Positive attitude with strong desire to learn.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good Housekeeping Practices.
- IHRP certified / Familiarization with Singapore Employment Act is a plus.
