The job involves the administration of tenancy matters including renewal, tenancy changes, arrears management and handling customer feedback. Your job scope will also include collaborating with customers and stakeholders and handle leasing matters, negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Take responsibility for all property-related matters including planning, establishing and maintaining good landlord-tenant relationships
2. Formulate maintenance procedures & policies
3. Ensure all contract works or routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement
4. Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors
5. Any other tasks as assigned.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Experience in Real Estate Management or related field
2. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
3. Possess good interpersonal & supervisory skills
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills
