The Job
- Monitor contract renewal status for all existing corporate accounts
- Engage in customer service recovery for lapsed account
- Disseminate new promotions/services/products to manage customers
- Assist with required supporting documentation for leasing and sales agreements
- Liaise with other departments to complete vehicle handover and payment procedures.
- Assist Sales Manager (Key Accounts) on outstanding payment matters/contract renewal requirements.
- Preparing aging reports (accounts) on outstanding payments
- Track and update customer/sales team on leased vehicle movement and status during repairs, inspections, or breakdowns.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google App
- Minimum 2 years in Customer Service / Sales Role / Account Management
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Pleasant voice, good phonetic skills
- Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR)
