Responsiblities:
- Achieves and maintain the highest standards for teaching food quality, cleanliness and administration in the training restaurant.
- Ensures food quality, presentation, preparation and production comply with recipe guidelines.
- Conducts classroom training sessions as identified by Operation’s needs.
- Oversees the training for Franchise Management Trainees.
- Ensures all trainees are developed and prepared to effectively manage their own operations.
- Creates and maintain a positive working environment for the trainees that is conducive to learning.
- Ensures compliance with all company and franchise personnel regulations and practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a chef, preferably for a restaurant or hotel
- Culinary certification and supervisory experience
- Good communicator with leadership qualities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and culinary arts.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Creative in food preparation and presentation
