My client is a MNC company in FMCG industry seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations for APAC.

Job Descriptions:
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Develop, maintain, and update cost accounting models and systems, including standard costs, to advise management on pricing strategies aimed at maximizing profit margins.
- Prepare and deliver monthly management and financial reports, including variance analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate annual Group Consolidation preparation, adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide strategic recommendations to the management team based on financial analysis, contributing to long-term business and financial planning.
- Oversee the group finance team in the submission and analysis of reports, including monthly reporting and year-end audit preparation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory requirements, including annual tax filings and GST returns.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance and operations functions of the organization.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related field.
- 7-10 years of accounting-related experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong experience in complex consolidation and auditing.
- Proficiency in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Proven leadership skills, including team management.
- Excellent analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective interpersonal skills with multicultural awareness.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices and procedures in finance.
- Strong command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders as well as English-speaking stakeholders
