HR Admin Officer

Location: Bukit Batok Cres, Wcega Plaza, Singapore 658064 (Bukit Batok)
Working days: Mon - Fri
Working time: 830am to 530pm
Salary: $2500 - $3000 (depends on the experience and qualification)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Asst. Manager in supervision of divisional Human Resource and Administration activities.
- Audits all Admin HR reports submitted by divisional HR & Admin Departments.
- Audits Expense reports submitted by various departments to ensure compliance with Company policies.
- Organizes and maintains files, correspondence, records, etc. Follows up on pending matters.
- Expedites flow of work and initiates follow-up action.
- Assists in the training of the Office Support Equipment and in the development and evaluation of same.
- Schedules appointments and makes arrangements for meetings and conferences.
- Makes travel arrangements and hotel bookings for employees.
- Plans lunches, dinners and coordinates meetings for corporate officers and directors.
- Assists company in administrative matters to assure meeting profit, customer, and quality objectives.
- Maintains all patent files and processes billing from patent attorney if necessary.
- Tracks unused airline tickets, rental car coupons and company frequent flyer miles.
- Tracks spare cell phones and equipment and provides bill back information to accounting.
- Troubleshoots complaints.
- Updates company organization chart prior to promotion or any employee reshuffling request.
- Maintains Board of Directors documents.
- Produces a variety of correspondence and reports as requested using appropriate office equipment and word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software.
- Interviews vendors for hotel rates, car rentals, vending services, confidential shred services, caterers and janitorial service.
- Assists with various departments and divisions on any upcoming trainings or assigned projects upon request.
- Reviews visa process submitted by divisional HR & Admin Departments and ensures up to date on any requests or requirements.
- Reviews and arranges annual health screening for employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
