As the public healthcare supply chain agency, we design and execute a national level end-to-end supply chain blueprint in partnership with 27 Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) in Singapore.

About the Role
As an Executive, you will responsible for leading, executing projects and supporting the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the pharmacists in facilitating procurement-related activities
- Responsible for leading and executing projects
- Ensure timely and accurate processing and production of RFP documentation.
- Management of samples, drug codes and barcoding information for all purchasing activities undertaken.
- Maintenance and analysis of information related.
- Manage interface with stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health, IHIS and vendors for sourcing events through e-procurement.
- To lead BCP, IT support and other internal coordination for the team.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in supply chain, business operations or related discipline
- Prior working experience in the healthcare setting will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Pharmacy Technicians are welcome to apply
