Responsibilities
- Influencing and persuading senior site and sales heads to ensure compliance with site quality systems to the appropriate standards, thereby mitigating risks associated with non-compliance and poor quality.
- Maintain coordination with Group Quality to ensure a unified global approach to quality matters and provide consistent supporting documentation across different regions.
- Ensure quality performance by monitoring appropriate leading and lagging indicators on customer complaints, contributing to the best customer service while remaining competitive.
- Encounter complex problems involving a variety of important and relevant information, requiring recognition and resolution.
- Make frequent business decisions independently that impact different manufacturing sites and the overall business.
- Provide training and coaching to Sales and Sites on quality and customer-related needs
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality.
- Preferably comes with consumer care background and proven experience overseeing the regions (Asia).
- In-depth understanding of the company’s products and market trends.
- Thorough knowledge of QA systems, GMPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with guidelines such as ICH, FDA, EMA, MHRA.
