Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming reservation requests through phone, email, and online booking systems.
- Process reservations and changes in the hotel’s reservation system accurately and efficiently.
- Confirm and manage bookings, ensuring all guest details are recorded correctly.
- Maintain and follow-ups on all group reservations.
- Provide information on room rates, packages, promotions, and hotel facilities to prospective guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, rates, availability, and special requests.
- Address and resolve guest issues or complaints related to reservations promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with guests to confirm their bookings and ensure all requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Liaise with room controller for keys assignment.
Requirements:
- Minimun GCE 'O' Levels or NITEC in hospitality or relevant.
- At least 1 year of experience will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Opera system will be added advantage.
- Good communcation skill.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Great team player.
- Location: Orchard
- 5 days work week, rotating shift work.
