Key Responsibilities:
- Aftercare Services: Support clients transitioning to independent living, implement personalized plans, and follow up on case interventions.
- Data Tracking and Analysis: Maintain accurate records, monitor client progress, and analyze data to improve programs.
- Alumni Program and Engagement: Organize alumni events, engage with graduates, and provide ongoing support.
- Study Grant Administration: Manage grant applications and disbursements, coordinating with educational institutions and funding agencies.
- Additional Support: Assist in case management, participate in team meetings, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Social Work, or related social sciences
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with children, youth, or families
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Mother Tongue/Dialects)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
