The successful incumbent will play an integral role within Non-Equities Operations, focusing on the assigned projects as the primary function and BAU activities as the secondary functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Front and Back Office teams to facilitate onboarding process and transaction execution.
- Collaborate with the Legal & Compliance department to monitor internal standards and ensure adherence to policies & procedures (P&Ps), regulations, and guidelines.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance workflows and end-to-end client experience.
- Work with key stakeholders to optimize operational processes and handle relevant administrative tasks i.e. documentation, account management.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the business.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client service or operations role within the financial services industry (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
