Job Description & Requirements:
Manage employees’ recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
Briefing new employees on the employment terms and conditions.
Assist with work pass application/cancellation and handle foreign workers' MOM-related matters.
Track and manage employees’ attendance records and leave requests.
Maintain and update employee information and documents.
Support employee training and growth.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Perform general administrative work and assist the accounting department as needed.
Maintain and upkeep proper office filings and documentation.
Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Willingness to learn.
Knowledge of Employment Act, MOM & BCA regulations, and practices preferred.
Only Singaporeans / PR (sorry no quota)
5 days work per week.
