Senior Technician/Technician

1. Work Location: Near Eunos/Nicoll Highway MRT
2. Working Hours: 9am-6pm , rotating shift
3. Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

• Provide building maintenance support and service in high rise building, response / hands-on to operational issue arising from electrical services, air-conditioning, plumbing, sanitary services, fire prevention, tenant feedback and etc.

Requirements:

• NTC3 / NITEC in Electrical / Air-conditioning / Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in commercial building (Technician)
• Preferably with 3-4 years of experience in commercial building (Senior Technician)
• Knowledge on operating and maintaining electrical and air-condition installation / equipment in a high rise commercial complex
• Team player who is able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
