Job description

Job Title: Finance and Administration Executive

Location: Singapore

Department: Finance and Human Resources

Reports To: Director

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Finance/HR Executive to support our financial operations and human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in finance and adminstration, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This role requires effective multitasking abilities and a collaborative approach to support the company's objectives and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Accounts Management:

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow. Ensure timely payment of invoices and processing of expense reports.

Compliance:

Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Support internal and external audit processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations.

Administration:

Performs clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently, including answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office guests. Provide support to Management primarily and provide additional support to team members, as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently. Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records. Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks. Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed. Establish and implement office policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency. Review and update office policies as necessary to reflect changing needs. Assist with budget preparation and track expenditures. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable. Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs. Ensure a safe and clean work environment. Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas

Qualification:

ITE or better qualification or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in finance and administration roles. Strong understanding of financial principles and office administration practices. Proficiency in financial software QuickBooks, Wave, zoho books and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. The Finance/Adminstration Executive will typically work standard business hours, with occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or address urgent issues. Help out in office upkeep, serving guests and executive assistant to director.

Salary $2300 and above subject to experience and qualification

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
