Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Business Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving and expanding our business through effective IT project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the retail industry, particularly in fashion, with a proven track record of managing IT projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Project & Digital Strategy Management:
- Develop and oversee IT systems to support business expansion, including digitalization of operations, project promotion, and ROI analysis.
- Lead and monitor software development projects, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and schedules, while providing data analysis and business intelligence support.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, manage technical debt, and maintain quality throughout the development process.
Outsourcing & Vendor Management:
- Overseeing IT outsourcers for company-related matters.
IT Support Management:
- Offering IT support for stores in collaboration with the DTC department.
- Providing operational support for POS and other IT systems in stores.
- Managing customer data and privacy in partnership with IT Shared Services.
- Addressing and resolving IT issues to support the business team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
- At least 3 years of experience managing projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Hands-on approach to work.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to environmental changes and varying needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Magento or Adobe Commerce
- Experience in retail industries such as fashion (apparel/footwear) or cosmetics (preferred).
