- Planning, implementing, monitoring work schedules in accordance to master and detailed construction programmes
- Preparation of monthly progress claim, reports, construction method statement
- Clarify and Resolve Project Disputes for on-going projects
- Supervise Inspection and Safety on-site checks and conduct risk assessment for projects
- Liasing with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and authorities on project-related issues
- Maintain and Follow-up on Payments of Clients
- Require knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel and Autocad
- Require to go on sites for supervision and meetings
