Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain database of qualified leads through calls and outbound lead generation
- Cold Calling potential prospects to fix meetings with them
- Responsible for revenue target accomplishment in given geography
- Meeting weekly targets for cold calling, database maintenance, and sales meetings
- Maintaining a sales pipeline
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Personal Attributes):
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Bachelor or Master in Sales or Marketing
- Previous service sales experience, experience in international sales and/or construction industry shall be preferred
- Technical Experience (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Architectural) will be an advantage
- Proactive, Flexible and ability to work independently and fast learner
- Good communication skills
