Description of Key Job Duties:
Engineering System Design:
- Design and simulate PV projects based on the needs and requirements of EPC and distributors.
- Periodically update PV system compatibility, including inverters, racking systems, energy storage solutions, and other balance of system components.
Product Management:
- Manage the product life cycle, including phase-in and phase-out processes, along with the creation of regional documentation, sales tools, whitepapers, and technical documentation.
- Provide product and system design training to internal sales account managers and key strategic accounts (renewable energy developers, EPCs, and distributors).
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors and relevant team members.
Skills Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with PV simulation software (Solar Master, PV System) is a plus.
- Proficient in Japanese (Write and Read) for effective communication with counterparties in Japan.
- Strong interest in the renewable energy industry (solar).
- Demonstrated self-management and effective time management skills.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
