We are seeking a motivated self-starter for an entry level administrative position in our company. You will be part of a core administrative support team and will be trained in Admin, Accounting and Customer Service.
Your responsibilities may include one or more of the following areas:
- Manage sale and purchases invoices
- Manage sale order and reply customer inquires
- Support in office management and general administration duties
- Coordinate and support the team's workflows and processes
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
