- Plan, manage and coordinate with customers for scheduled installations and maintenance services
- Provide quality customer service and follow up with customers enquires and feedback promptly
- Manage and monitor stock levels and inventory movement
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist on-site installation and maintenance of products and provide support and troubleshooting whenever required
- Provide support for roadshows to promote products and services
- Assist in set up and tear down of roadshows and promotional events
Requirements:
- Min Higher Nitec or A Level equivalent
- Min 1 year experience
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Sat (9am-12pm)
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Salary: Up to $3500
- Able to start work on short notice or immediate
