This position reports to Call Activation Manager.
The executive will be tasked with client servicing and engagement activities through calls and emails. The executive should be comfortable in communicating with clients and working in fast paced working environment.
Through the training, the executive will also learn more about the suite of financial products and services that we offer and currently in the markets. Specifically be trained on our POEMs Platform and mobile apps.
The executive will be engaging clients on our latest Mobile app, promotes the features and convert clients into our account holders.
The executive will see himself/herself becoming more confident in handling challenging situations and improved interpersonal skill set in handling future challenges he/she may have.
Responsibilities :
1. Out-bound calls to new and existing clients via phone calls and emails to promote POEMs Platform / Mobile 3 App.
2. Familiarize with the features of the POEMs Platform and Mobile 3 App.
3. Promotes the benefits of POEMs Mobile 3 App.
4. Hand over successful leads to the Sales Team for Account activation or Account opening.
Perform ad-hoc tasks (e.g. task, project) assigned by the Manager.
Requirements :
1. A recognized diploma tertiary education.
2. Minimum 1-2 years in Customer service / Telemarketing experience / Call centre role.
3. Independent and able to work in a fast paced working environment.
4. Familiar in the broking industry will be of advantage.
5. Familiar with trading app will be of advantage.
