Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and execute kitchen operations following guidelines and maintaining the highest standards.
2. Foster a positive service culture and provide professional support to the operations and kitchen staff.
3. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and make continuous improvements.
4. Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to their concerns.
5. Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
6. Prepare and manage reports on sales results, productivity, and other operational metrics.
7. Execute promotional activities in line with the F&B marketing calendar to attract patrons and evaluate program results.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to design menus and improve kitchen processes.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in management reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to execute promotional activities and evaluate their effectiveness.
